Healing Cove, Inc.
Healing Cove, Inc. is a 501(C)3, a charitable non-profit corporation, and was
envisioned to provide the services of alternative/complementary healthcare to
all but with emphasis to those who because of lower incomes would be unable to
take advantage of these services. These services may be but are not necessarily
limited to; nutritional consultations and therapy, energy therapy, massage
therapy, herbal therapy, homeopathic therapy, naturopathic therapy,
hypnotherapy, lifestyle modification, weight management consultation, etc. These
programs and services will be provided via a group of organizations that are
established under the umbrella of the organization of Healing Cove, Inc.

Following is the Mission Statement of
Healing Cove, Inc. as established in it’s charter:
As a non-profit entity Healing
Cove, Inc. aims to improve the overall health and wellness of the community by
providing complementary and alternative healthcare services, resources,
education and outreach to all members of the metro Atlanta and north Georgia
community regardless of their economic status, health insurance coverage or
ability to pay. In order to achieve this overall goal, Healing Cove, Inc. has
implemented the following individual objectives:
Provide complementary and
alternative health care services (including but not limited to naturopathy,
homeopathy, chiropractic, Reiki and massage) to the community on a sliding fee
scale based on income.
Provide the community with
regularly-scheduled free educational lectures and workshops on topics of health
and wellness.
Provide a library of
complementary and alternative healthcare resources for individuals in the
community to use for research and reference.
Provide outreach and free
services and products to community organizations that serve the needy, e.g.,
free stress-relieving massage to women at the family violence shelter and free
multivitamins to soup kitchens.
Following is the Organizational
Structure for Healing Cove, Inc. and the Operational Groups within the umbrella
of Healing Cove, Inc. Following the chart is an explanation of the Groups
functions.
Common Staff Functions for all
Groups: Within this group of non-line functions includes; Accounting, Legal,
Marketing, Office functions, and similar functions which would be common and
available all other Groups of HCI.
HCI Clinic Group: This is the
group that will perform the professional services for HCI. It is the Group under
which all free or sliding scale professional services will be offered. This will
include the Affiliates Professional Providers Program. There is no permanent
location for these services as they would be provided by the approved providers
and at the location of such providers. See the list of
Affiliate Professional Providers for more information. If you wish to apply
to become an Affiliate you can apply by sending your interest via email to:
healingci@cosmosihs.org.
Institute of Holistic Studies:
This group will contain the Cosmos Institute of Holistic Science – the
organizational vehicle of the Wellness Doc. It is through this group that the
Educational and Research Functions for HCI will be performed. The educational,
seminars and the e-institute will be included in this
Group.
Nature’s e-Chapel: This Group is
the spirituality and environmental arm of HCI. It is the advocate for the
Physician Within Philosophy and the programs
of the Nature’s e-Chapel, i.e.; Prayer Request, the sermon DVD program,
marriage/funeral services based on a non-denominational – non-sectarian
philosophy, all programs of the e-Chapel recognizes the spiritual essence of
Nature and advocates accessing the Physician Within as the source of healing.
Cosmos Ecovillage: This is a
work-in-progress for Seniors living a natural healthy lifestyle and are a
demonstration of the benefits prevention of illness and disease that are
possible in the last decades of life. Such studies will become a part of the
Research efforts for HCI. For more information on this plan

Currently we are looking for healthcare practitioners that are
interested in being members of a “Master Mind Group” to start the planning for
